CANCELLATION POLICY
I truly value your time and appreciate your trust in mine. To make the best use of our schedules, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before our appointment will incur a 50% charge of the session fee. This allows me to honor my time and commitments fairly. Thank you so much for your understanding and consideration! LATE POLICY Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. In order to provide the best service to all clients and keep the schedule running smoothly, the following policy applies: Please arrive on time for your appointment. • Clients arriving 10 minutes late may have their service adjusted to fit the remaining scheduled time. • Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late will need to be rescheduled and may be subject to a late/cancellation fee. Late arrivals affect the experience of the next client, so I am unable to extend appointments beyond the scheduled time. I truly value every client and appreciate your understanding in respecting my time and the time of others. Thank you for supporting my business 🤍 NEW CLIENT POLICY **For the health and integrity of your natural nails, I do not perform fills or work over any product that was not applied by me. Existing clients can book any service + soak off in one. If you are coming from another salon or tech, you must book a "Soak-Off " along with your desired service. This applies to: Acrylic Dip Powder Gel-X Hard Gel Why? Different products and techniques vary widely, and I need to ensure a clean, safe foundation before applying new product. Attempting to work over unknown materials can lead to lifting, damage, or poor results. Failure to book a required soak-off may result in cancellation of your appointment.
